Welcome to the diaries of a fitness guru! Since I can remember, I have been involved in sports and exercise and loved every minute of it. From soccer to track to wakeboarding and hiking, I love it all. I have continued my love for fitness in starting my own business and sharing my love for health and wellness with children.
